This policy explains how we collect and use personal data on this website, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

Details you choose to send us, such as your name, mobile number, preferred unit type and questions, when you register interest or message us on WhatsApp.
Basic usage data (pages viewed, device, approximate location) collected through cookies by Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and similar tools to measure our advertising and show you related ads later.
Your name, mobile number and enquiry are stored in our customer management system (Privyr) so our sales team can follow up. Which ad or page you came from is stored with it. To measure our advertising, a scrambled (hashed) form of your mobile number may be shared with Google and Meta.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, send floor plans and the price guide, and arrange a call or viewing.
To measure and improve our advertising.

We do not sell your personal data.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to access, correct or delete your data, at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp at +65 8854 8483. You can manage advertising cookies in your browser settings and at adssettings.google.com and in your Facebook ad preferences.

Google account data

Our internal advertising tool uses Google sign-in only to manage our own Google Ads account. It does not access any visitor's Google account data.
